Boombl4: BETBOOM Team Have Almost No Time to Rest
Constant flights and tournaments are tough, says Boombl4, but the team keeps working and believes trophies will follow progress.
BETBOOM Team captain Kirill “Boombl4” Mikhailov says the packed schedule is taking its toll, but the squad is not letting up on practice.
What Boombl4 said
Asked whether he enjoys playing so many events while the team is in good form, Boombl4 admitted there is hardly any downtime. He pointed to the constant tournaments and flights, and to the fact that the players see each other every single day while missing their families and homes. Still, he stressed that this is simply part of the job.
The captain was also asked about lifting a big trophy, after BETBOOM came close at the Thunderpick World Championship 2026. He said the team does think about titles, but the real focus is on steady improvement: if they keep progressing, the trophies should follow.
Confidence behind the Spirit upset
Earlier in the event, Boombl4 explained that the upset win over Team Spirit came down to growing confidence within the roster. The pressure is still there, he noted, but it no longer weighs on the team the way it did at past tournaments.
